Height: | 152 cm | |

A known associate of The Ghost, Wilma Found is, in her own right, one of the most dangerous and capable criminals in the galaxy. Thereinafter a free agent, she almost immediately became independently wealthy and now works with whomever she pleases.
While not physically imposing herself, Found is fiendishly clever and always keeps the company of at least several extremely deadly fighters. Unafraid of field work, she has also played a key part in several of the most audacious datajacking incidents, including the recent raids on the d-bases of Kyodai Ryu, and the AFA.

Total Bounty: | $16,000,000 M-Creds
Name: | Mitsuhide Takashi
Known Aliases: | None | |
Age: | 42 | |
Height: | 169 cm | |
Mass: | 71 kg | |
Preliminary Investigative Report: |
Proud, hard, and fearless, Mitsuhide Takashi is a man of few words and was, until lately, one of the top hitmen for the Yakuza. Belonging to an ancient samurai family, he didn’t become a criminal willingly, but rather was forced to work for the Yak to pay off his sister’s massive gambling debts to Yamaguchi Oda. However, he proved quite adept in his new role, and is believed to be responsible for assassinations on dozens of worlds. If the situation allowed, Mitsuhide gave his prey the option to commit seppuku. Otherwise, his typical finishing move was to behead the target with a katana.
Mitsuhide recently left his former employers after the Yamaguchi clan was wiped out during the present Zionist-Yakuza crime war, though not before singlehandedly slaughtering the all the Crusader cells responsible. He is presently on the run, both from the authorities and the Crusade, although, as a long, decapitated trail of bodies attests, neither has had any luck.

Not much is conclusively known about Wilson's past, but there are reports that he's ex-Special Forces who left after a mission gone disastrously wrong.
Wilson is a master of small arms, infiltration, and demolitions. He allegedly displayed the latter after being tossed from a bar, when he supposedly returned ten minutes later and blew up the building. Wilson feels that no one owes him anything, but if he thinks something is his, he takes it. He is wanted by the estates of the members of the mercenary group, the Black Death Legion, after he allegedly killed everyone in the unit over a pay dispute. He is also wanted for the deaths of several men after accusing them of cheating at cards, and he has wiped out at least three posses sent after him.

Total Bounty: | $7,500,000 M-Creds
Name: | Dr. Isamu Gallifrey
Known Aliases: | None | |
Age: | 56 | |
Height: | 183 cm | |
Mass: | 70 kg | |
Preliminary Investigative Report: |
A tall, reedy man with thinning hair and thick, owlish glasses, Dr. Isamu Gallifrey, a surgeon and medical researcher of rare ability, is a physician turned alleged serial killer.
The good doctor is a Nobel laureate, winning for his discoveries concerning new mechanisms for the origin and dissemination of infectious diseases. Ironically, Dr. Gallifrey's wife, Elsa, died just six months before a cure was found for her illness.
Always a driven person, Elsa's death pushed the doctor over the edge. Certain that she would have lived saved for unnecessary delay in the testing process, Gallifrey decided that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one, and began conducting unauthorized human experimentation. After being discovered, in the ensuing firestorm, Dr. Gallifrey was disavowed by his peers, stripped of his medical license, and forced to flee into Wild Space.
On the frontier, authorities believe that Dr. Gallifrey is continuing is research with unwilling test subjects, and is sought in connection with the disappearance of over twenty individuals. They believe he abducts drifters, runaways, and other low profile individuals, then, following his experiments, mutilates his test subjects to make it appear as if they are victims of sex crimes. Guild analysts theorize that, despite his official pariah status, Gallifrey has continuing supporters providing necessary financial backing and scientific resources.

Total Bounty: | $5,000,000 M-Creds
Name: | Unknown | |
Known Aliases: | Dinah Brand, Janet Henry, the Lady in Red
Age: | Unknown- 25 apparent
Height: | 167 cm | |
Mass: | 52 kg | |
Preliminary Investigative Report: |
Little is known about "Ms. Brand" or her history, not even her real name. A shadow operator extraordinaire, this exceptionally beautiful and alluring woman easily entices and manipulates people when she wants to do so. Although typically spotted wearing the latest ultra chic designer fashions, as she has only been found whilst close to completing a job, Brand is a complete chameleon, able to change accent and apparent personality on a dime and at a moment's notice. She also has a full set of rogue skills, and is equally adept in the wilderness or the sprawl.
Ms. Brand's motivations remain a mystery, though in many of the most recent cases involving her, the victims were in some way connected to a highly classified Akashan government project known only as the Phoenix Initiative. A lone wolf, she has no known former or current partners.
Hunters should exercise extreme caution around this capable, quick thinking, and resourceful individual. Several Guild members have been injured or incapacitated after underestimating her, and she has escaped from custody over a dozen times.
